李敏等研究发现,环境因素影响沉积物磷吸附量的强弱顺序为:SS>pH值>温度>盐度,其中悬浮沉积物浓度是影响吸附量最重要的因素,pH值、温度和盐度对吸附量的影响程度差不多。沉积物对磷酸盐的吸附量与粒径小于0.005 mm颗粒的含量成较好的正相关关系,说明吸附作用主要发生在细颗粒沉积物上,样品中细颗粒含量越高,吸附量就越大。
pH值是湖泊水环境的重要指标,大量研究表明,pH值与沉积物释磷量之间呈抛物线关系,上覆水pH值近中性时释磷量最低,而在偏酸、偏碱时都有利于磷的释放。其原因可能是一方面pH值的改变引起了系统内微生物结构及其活动强度的变化,另一方面也影响了磷素的溶解状态。
