【摘要】中原文化是我国区域文化的重要组成部分，它对科技型人才聚集效应有着巨大的影响。文章在论述了科技型人才聚集效应概念和特征的基础上，对中原文化的特点及其对科技型人才聚集效应的影响进行了分析，探讨了其作用机理，并提出了改良中原文化以促进科技型人才聚集效应产生和提升的对策。
【关键词】区域文化；中原文化；科技型人才；聚集效应 Abstract: ZhongYuan culture is one of the key regional cultures in our country, which has immense impacts on the effect of technological talent aggregation. Based on the analysis of the concept and features of the effect of technological talent aggregation, this paper has expounded the characters of ZhongYuan culture and its impacts on the technological talent aggregation, and then put forward countermeasures on the reformation of ZhongYuan culture in order to promote the phenomenon of talent aggregation to turn to the effect of talent aggregation.
