摘 要：
    民营企业在我国经济发展过程中起到了巨大的作用，是我国经济发展战略重点，无论是在激活市场竞争方面，还是在创造就业机会方面，都起着其他企业无可替代的作用。民营企业普遍面临融资难的问题是困扰其发展壮大的1个“瓶颈”，已经成为阻碍我国民营企业健康发展的最突出矛盾。为了促进民营企业发展，除了考虑金融对策，还要大力培育风险投资市场，积极引进风险资本，拓宽民营企业融资渠道。

Abstract: The private enterprise a strategic key point of our country’s economy are playing the important role in the developing process in our country’s economy. Regardless of activating the market competition or creating the employment opportunity , it always has the function which other enterprises couldn’t subsitute. the difficulties infinance which the private grow strong“the bottleneck”. And the has become the prominent contradiction for the private enterprises to develop healthly .In order to promote the private enterprise to develop , we not only should consider financial countermeasures ,but also must vigorously cultivate the venture market, positively introduce the risk capital and open up the financing channel of the private enterprise.
