试论企业负债经营及其风险规避
 
摘要：资金是企业组织生产，经营的前提条件。任何1个企业:为了保证生产经营的正常进行，必须拥有1定数量的资金。另外，由于临时性生产的需要或适应市场要求变化，扩大适销产品的生产规模，研制开发新产品，在内部资金不足的情况下，企业还需筹措资金，以增强自身的经济实力，在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。虽然企业有多种渠道筹资，但负债筹资有其相对的优越性,多为企业所采用。这种策略给企业带来巨大经济效益的同时，也产生了1些不容忽视的负面作用。因此,我们在采用负债时，合理负债，就成为我们所必须解决的1个问题。

Though enterprise has the various channel raises, but liabilities adopt raise capital having whose relative superiority, many for enterprise institute. This tactics brings about the enormous economic effect simultaneous for enterprise, negative part having also produced a few not admitting ignoring acts on. Therefore, we are in debt when adopt liabilities, rationally, become a problem must solve by us right away.
