摘要：随着我国加入WTO，全球经济1体化以及中国资本与外国资本的交融与跨国流动，对于我国公司理财，这既是1个机遇,又是1个严峻的挑战。财务则由计划经济条件下的适应型、服务型摇身1变为主导型、控制型财务，而公司理财对企业来说越来越重要。本文对加入WTO给我国公司理财在整体行业、市场竞争、市场风险变化、人力资源竞争等等影响进行客观、理性的分析，从战略角度出发，论述我国公司理财应该在理财观念和理财战略上的转变，从战术角度出发，论述面对加入WTO带来的挑战应采取的具体对策。

Chinas accession to the WTO on the impact of financial companies
 
Abstract: With Chinas accession to the WTO and globalization of the world economy and Chinas capital and foreign capital with a blend of cross-border flows, For my company management, this is an opportunity that is a serious challenge. Finance from a planned economy to adapt to the type of service-oriented suddenly, the type of financial control, and the company of financial enterprises are increasingly important. In this paper, the accession to the WTO to Chinese companies in the overall financial management industry, market competition, changes in market risk, the competitiveness of human resources and so on impact objective, rational analysis, from the strategic perspective, discussed our financial companies should manage financial and strategic change, from a tactical perspective, entry into the WTO discussed the challenges to be taken specific measures.
