我国上市公司股利政策研究

摘 要：股利政策是上市公司理财活动的主要内容之1，合理的股利政策，是公司稳定股市行情的重要手段，不仅为公司提供廉价的资金来源，也为企业长期、稳定地发展创造条件。股利政策问题实际上就是公司筹资问题和资本结构问题。我国的股票市场在国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位，在股票市场取得巨大成绩和高速发展的同时，也出现了1些问题，如上市公司股利分配现象仍然很严重；股利支付率较高，但股利收益率很低；股利政策不具有连续性和稳定性等。造成这些问题的主要原因是上市公司的治理结构还存在着问题，以及上市公司自身的原因，中小股东投资理念不理性，证券市场的不完善等。解决我国上市公司股利分配问题刻不容缓，这要求监管部门、证券市场、上市公司共同努力，构建成熟的资本市场，营造良好的投资环境。

The Research on Dividend policy of China’s Listed Companies
              
Abstract: That dividend policy is a listed company one of the flexible main content managing money matters , rational dividend policy, is that the company stabilizes important stockmarket market quotations means, not only providing the low-priced mode of financing to the company , also being that the enterprise long-term stability, field develops creates condition. The dividend policy problem is company financing problem and capital structure problem in fact. Stock market of our country has occupied decisive position in national economy , a few problems have also appeared while stock market gets enormous achievement and develop at top speed, If a listed company, dividend assignment phenomenon is still very grave; Dividend payment rate is higher, but dividend yield ratio are very low; Dividend policy does not have continuity and stability etc. And bring about these problems main cause is a listed companys govern structure being having the problem, a listed company selfs cause, the small and medium shareholder invests in idea no reason , bond market do not improve and perfect waiting. The assignment problem therefore, resolving our country listed company dividend brooks no delay. This demands to oversee a branch right away , bond market , a listed company make joint efforts, structure mature capital market , build the fine investment climate。
