［摘 要］ 目的：评价腹泻型肠易激综合征（IBS）与幽门螺杆菌（HP）感染之间的关系。方法：将86例腹泻型IBS患者与92例健康体检者对照，用14C-尿素呼气试验法及快速尿素酶法检测HP感染情况，并根据检测结果将46例HP阳性的腹泻型IBS患者随机分为观察组和对照组。两组同时给予匹维溴胺、思密达治疗4周，观察组同时加用抗HP治疗2周，观察其总有效率。结果：腹泻型IBS组Hp感染率为53.5%，健康体检组HP感染率为51.1%，两组比较差异无显著性（P＞0.05）。HP阳性的腹泻型IBS患者疗效比较，观察组与对照组总有效率分别为87.5%和81.8%，差异无显著性（P＞0.05）。结论：腹泻型IBS与HP感染之间无明显相关性。
Study about the Correlation of Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Helicobacter Pylori
Abstract: Objective To study the influence of the helicobacter pylori infection on irritable bowel syndrome．Methods14Ｃurea respiratory test and fast urease examination were used to evaluate the infection of helicobacter pylori between 86 cases of irritable bowel syndrome and 92 healthy cases of control．The 46 cases of irritable bowel syndrome with helicobacter pylori were divided into observe group and control group by random．Pinaverium bromide and smecta were used to treat the all 46 cases．At the same time, antihelicobacter pylori therapy was used to observe group．Results The infection rate of irritable bowel syndrome is 53.5%．And that of healthy cases is 51.1%．There is no obvious difference between the two groups (P
