Effect of Nourishing Yin Antitoxic Capsule on T lymphocyte subsets, IL1β and TNFα of peripheral blood in Yin deficiency rats induced by hydrocortisone
【Abstract】 AIM: To explore the effect of Nourishing Yin Antitoxic Capsule (YC) on T lymphocyte subsets and IL1β, TNFα of peripheral blood in Yin deficiency rats induced by hydrocortisone. METHODS: Thirtytwo SD rats were randomly allocated to 4 groups: normal control group, Yin deficiency model control (YD) group, YC group and Liuwei Dihuang Balls (LD) group (with the action of nourishing Yin and replenishing kidney). Radioimmunity method was used to observe the contents of corticosteroid (CORT), IL1β and TNFα in blood serum at 9th day after medicine pretreatment and Yin deficiency model establishment. T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood in rats were detected by flow cytometer. RESULTS: Compared with the normal group, the contents of CORT were higher in YD group (P
