摘要：随着旅游业的发展、游客消费模式的变化和旅行经验的成熟，散客旅游已成为旅游业的发展趋势，“拼团”出游也因此逐渐成为旅游者出游的新形式。本文通过对旅游者“拼团”行为的产生原因及优劣势的分析，探讨了如何推进“拼团”行为良性发展、构建旅行社与旅游者之间的和谐与共赢关系，并对“拼团”行为的发展做出了展望。

Abstract:With the maturity and the prosperous development of tourism,FIT will become the necessary trend in the development of tourism.Meanwhile the change in consumption patterns of tourists and the maturity of travelling experience will also continue to promote the development of FIT.The spontaneously.Associated travelling will gradually become a new style.this paper make thoughts and comments on how to promote its positive development and construct harmonious and win瞱in relationship between travel agency and tourist by analysing the cause and its advantages and disadvantages.In the end,this paper also makes some prospect about the FIT development.
