基于C/S结构的人事管理系统
摘要：基于客户机/服务器(C/S)结构的人事管理系统，采用了当前最流行的Delphi7.0开发工具和MS SQL Server 2000数据库，实现了人事管理的简单化、规范化，节省了大量的人力和物力。系统由后台数据库以及前端应用程序两个方面组成。其功能包括对员工个人信息的创建、修改、查询、添加、打印等操作；设置了企业信息管理；还对员工工资发放各项目的数据编辑，自动计算出工资发放各项合计数据；可自主设定条件从而达到对人事数据的多角度查询功能；方便导入、导出数据及输出报表。采用了进入系统前验证用户身份的办法来加强对系统的安全性和保密性的管理，从而使得只有合法的用户才能进入本系统进行操作。

Abstract: The personal management system based on the client/server(c/s) mode, using the most popular Delphi 7.0 development tool and MS SQL Server 2000 database. It makes the personal management simply and standard. It can also save a lot of human and material resources. The system is made up of the background database and the foreground application program. Its function includes the personal information management, which can create, update, enquire, add and print the personal information. Then it sets up the enterprise information management and it can edit salary data and calculate the total payroll data automatically. Otherwise it can set conditions so as to achieve independence for the multi-angle personal data enquiry. Before entering the system, it needs certification to strengthen the identity of the users for the security and confidentiality of system management, so only the legitimate users that can access the system to operate it.
