餐饮娱乐管理系统

摘 要：随着社会的发展，餐饮娱乐业的连锁和国外餐饮巨头的进入，餐饮娱乐业的竞争将越来越激烈。要想在竞争中处于不败之地，必须提高服务管理意识。面对当前餐饮娱乐业普遍的产业文化程度低，管理手段、管理技术落后等问题，使用计算机管理在很大程度上可以帮助餐饮娱乐企业克服这些困难。计算机管理系统可以提高餐饮企业的管理水平，节省大量人力、物力和财力，使经营管理更加科学有序、经营物流清晰，经营状况详实、准确。在我国的餐饮娱乐管理系统工作中，计算机主要可用来进行前台管理、财务管理、出入库管理、库存管理、员工管理、基础信息管理、数据分析等综合分析。而手工方法所表现出来的种种劣势，使人们慢慢意识到管理现代化已成为当代社会发展的1股不可抗拒的洪流。在管理现代化的浪潮中，餐饮娱乐管理现代化也势在必行。实现餐饮娱乐管理现代化是1个复杂的系统工程，需要采取科学的管理方法和先进的科技手段。科学的管理方法在管理中1般是指数学方法、系统方法、信息方法、控制论方法、社会学方法、心理学方法等科学方法，而先进的科技手段主要是运用当代最新科学技术之1的电子计算机来为餐饮娱乐管理现代化服务。

Abstract: As the social developing, food and entertainment industry chain and foreign food server magnates entering our country, he competition of it become drastic .Everyone want to success, he have to in draught manage consciousness. The current situation of food and entertainment industry face two problem: cultureless, manage instrumentality and technique draggle by using computer managing ,we can solve it. Computer managing system can improve the level of food and entertainment industry manage, economize manpower, material resources and financial. the result is make the management more scientific, legible, particular, nicety. In china, we can use computer to do proscenium managing, finance managing, in and out managing, stock managing, staff managing, basic information managing, data an alleys etc. As we can see, do these things all by manual work is so inefficient, people will wake up to the computer managing is so power. But this project is so complicated that we must adopt some scientific method. scientific method means mathematics, system way, information way, cybernetics way, sociology way and psychics way etc. All that we mentioned means using computer.
