摘要：电子商务是未来商业经营的主要形式，是现代企业参与国际市场竞争的最重要的手段。电子商务网站如同因特网上的1个个企业或者商业机构，通过它电子商务才能得以实施与运作。网上商城是在Internet上进行乐器、音像、书籍等商品交易的电子商务网站。针对会员或普通访问者提供诸如：商品查询、在线购物等服务。本系统在设计中严格按软件工程的理论和方法进1步分析确定软件的模块、数据结构和系统功能的具体实现方案， 采取Windows XP为操作系统平台，采用Microsoft  Active  Server  Pages  即我们所称的ASP  来开发，后台数据库采用Microsoft  SQL Server。本系统采取了会员制、身份验证等1系列措施，保证交易的成功率，以及为会员提供查询功能，使其快捷的找到感兴趣的商品。会员购物流程：浏览、将商品放入购物车、去收银台。每个会员有自己专用的购物车，可随时订购自己中意的商品使用完善的会员服务功能结账完成购物。本文详细介绍了电子商务网站的开发中的需求分析、总体设计、详细设计、编码等步骤。

ABSTRACT: As a main form of the future business management, e-commerce is the most important means by which modern enterprises take part in the international market competition. The operation of electronic commerce is depend on the electronic commercial website , which is just like enterprises or commercial organizations on the internet. On-line market trade in many goods in the Internet such as musical instruments, video discs and books, and it also provide to members or common visitants services like merchandise search, on-line shopping etc. Strictly according to the theory and method of the software engineering, this system made further analysis to work out the detailed realization plan of the module, the data structure and the system function, adopting the Windows XP as the operation system base, adopting the Microsoft Active Server Pages namely the ASP to develop, and the Microsoft SQL Server as the backstage database.This system adopted a series of measures like membership, identification, guaranteeing the success of the bargain, the search function and the handy searching of the interesting merchandise. Members shopping process: browse, put the merchandise into the shopping car and pay. With his own shopping car, each member can order and pay for his favorite goods with perfect membership service.This text is detailed to introduced the need in the development analysis, total design, detailed design of the electronic commerce website and code etc. step.

在我们的周围，大量的产品供应厂商、超市、联锁店、商场因为其经营机制和经营方式的限制，都只能提供有限范围内的产品及服务。互联网时代的到来及其相关技术的应用产省了新的购物方式，即虚拟购物。这种购物环境通过营造1个虚拟的市场来做生意，改变了原有购物方式中的诸如时间和地点等物理条件的限制，这使得商家能以较低的成本提供个性化的服务。
    计算机网络作为1种先进的信息传输媒体，其特点就是信息传送速度快、信息覆盖面广而且成本低，因此可以利用网络开展商务活动。电子商务的网上实践，是从网上销售开始的，“网上商店”打破了传统的销售形式—商店，将商店和网络结合.  是1种典型的电子商务网站运用。“网上商店”实际上是运行在Web服务器中的1个Web运用程序。“网上商店”模拟1般的商店的经营模式。利用页面、脚本程序来实现“网上商店”的进货管理、销售管理、库存管理。
互联网技术提供的不仅仅只是供需双方间的较低的交易成本，还有较低的选择费用和更多可供选择的商品。这些特点促使商家更多地通过使用网站来实现电子商务。
