田径运动会管理系统设计与实现
摘 要： 田径运动会管理系统是管理信息系统,其开发的功能主要包括：通过计算机管理人事档案，日常运动会，实现无纸化运动会，分析运动会现状和运动员的成绩，通过强大的查询和索检高效的索检出数据，提高办事效率。
使用 MICROSOFT公司的 SQL-Server作为后台数据库,设计数据库， 使用 DELPHI作为开发工具，利用其提供的各种面向对象的开发工具, 使用ADO控件连接数据库，开发出产品。
本包括需求分析、系统功能、系统设计、程序设计、系统测试及存在问题等方面，较为系统地介绍了“田径运动会管理系统设计与实现”课题开发的整个过程。
本系统采用小型数据库管理系统中的软件Delphi作为系统开发工具，在对被调研田径运动会管理体系进行充分分析和系统论证的基础上开发研制的，它不但能够完成运动员管理的基本业务要求，如“运动员的添加和删除、基本项目统计”等功能；而且具有程序设计合理、操作简单、运行可靠、保密性强等特点。首先对课题研究的背景和国内外研究现状及主要发展趋势作了分析，然后在介绍了系统总体设计方案的基础上，详细论述了系统的设计过程以及设计思想，并对系统的测试结果予以分析。

ATHLETICS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT
Abstract: Athletics management system is a kind of management information systems, its function includes: managing the general athletics to implement no-paper athletics, analyze athletics actuality and manage the scores of competitor through computer managing, searching data through powerful inquiry and efficient searching function. This system uses SQL-Server, which is a product from Microsoft, as the background data base, and uses Delphi as the development tool, who supplies different kinds of object-oriented tool, and also uses ADO as a connection to data base.
This paper involves requirement analysis, system function, system design, programmer, system test ,problems existent and so on, and introduces the whole process of athletics management system design and implement reasonably.
This system uses Delphi, which is one of the soft for micro data base system, as the development tool, and it is developed based on the sufficient analysis and the systemic argumentation on the games management system. It not only can complete the general operation such as adding and deleting competitor, general items statistic and so on, but also has the characteristics such as reasonable programmer, operating simply, running reliably, powerful secrecy and so on. The paper first has made the analysis to the topic research background and the domestic and foreign research present situation and the main development tendency. Then in the base of introducing the system design plan, it in detail elaborated design process and the design thought of the communications. It has made the analysis to the results.
