试论能力形成的逻辑过程(1)

2016-01-29 01:09 [ 摘 要 ] 构成能力的基本要素是个体的经验，经验的逻辑过程，是个体形成品格品位和能力层次的基本依据。这一切都是个体社会实践的结果。高等教育若强调培养人才能力，就必须研究教育与社会实践的关系，强化社会实践过程和解决社会发展中各种问题的责任感，使人才培养和大学自身引导社会发展的各种教育环节得以延伸。 [ 关键词 ] 能力，经验，逻辑关系，高等教育。
[Abstract]： One essential element of ability formation is individual experience. The logical process of experience is the basis of one's personality, taste and ability level, which is the result of individual social practice. If higher education focuses on one's ability, the relation between education and social practice must be studied, and the responsibility for social practice and solving social problems in its development should be emphasized. Thus the development of talents training and all the college educational links, which will lead the social advance, can be ensured. [Key words] ：ability, experience, logical relation, higher education. 　　知识内化为品格，品格在社会实践中表现为个体的能力。品格是个体在知识作用下所形成的比较稳定的心理品质，能力是品格的精神外显，是知识解码后的具体运用。知识、品格、能力，构成个体的总体素质。关于品格理论我们暂不在这里探讨。本文研究的是能力的基本特征及其逻辑关系，由此探讨高等教育对个体能力培养的有效途径及其对自身导引社会前进的基本方式。
