摘要：现代企业正在成为中国经济发展进程中的重要生力军。但是，随着现代企业在投资规模上的不断扩张和投资层次上的日益延伸，现代企业财务控制问题正在变得日益紧迫。这是普遍存在于国有企业集团和民营企业集团的共同困境。目前，现代企业正逐渐成为我国企业在国际市场上竞争的主导力量。在市场经济条件下，现代企业的兴衰成败，在很大程度上取决于集团的财务管理，而财务控制又是现代企业财务管理的中心环节。不少现代企业通过强化财务控制使集团效益明显上升，甚至一些亏损的现代企业通过加强财务控制使企业实现了扭亏为盈。本文在阐述我国现代企业财务控制存在的主要问题的基础上，对财务控制方式的选择进行了总结，并分析了现代企业的财务控制内容，最后解析了财务控制方式选择的主要因素，为现代企业财务控制的完善提供了一定程度有意义的看法。Abstract：The modern enterprise is becoming an important new force of China's economic development process. However, with the expansion of investment scales of modern enterprises and growing extension of investment levels, the Modern enterprise’s financial control is becoming increasingly urgent. This common plight is commonly found in the state-owned and private enterprises. Currently, the modern enterprise is gradually becoming the dominant force of China's enterprises in the international competition. In a market economy, whether modern enterprises gain success largely depends on the group's financial management, and financial control is a center link of modern enterprises’ financial management. Many modern enterprises enable increasing efficiency by strengthening financial controls of the Group, even some modern enterprises at loss make enterprises realizing gainment. By strengthening financial controls. In this paper, on the basis of expounding the main issues of China's modern enterprise financial control, summary are carried on the choice of financial control style, contexts of the financial control is analysed, and finally the main factors of choice of modern financial enterprises are illustrated which provides a certain extent meaningful views for improvement of modern financial enterprises’control. Keywords : modern enterprise; Financial control; ; Factors 关键词：现代企业；财务控制；问题；因素前言 随着中国加入WTO，我国企业集团必须在世界舞台上与发达国家的跨国公司竞争。目前我国企业集团的发展还不如人意，虽然有国家政策和体制方面的原因，但更重要的是其财务管理尤其是财务控制不完善造成的。长期以来，我国企业集团凝聚力不强，集团内各子公司各自为阵，无法发挥整体优势；重复建设、盲目引进屡见不鲜，投资小型化、分散化问题突出：资金管理混乱，造成频繁失控，资金浪费现象严重；财务控制形同虚设，财务管理漏洞百出。近几年来，企业集团的财务控制问题己经得到了我国财务界的关注。总之，此问题的探索在我国具有明显的现实意义。显然，我国现代企业财务控制存在的主要问题是解决财务控制方式问题的基础，财务控制方式的选择是关键，现代企业的财务控制内容是内涵，而财务控制方式选择的主要因素是最终归属点，本文按此思路对现代企业的财务控制方式进行了分析。1
