浅谈体育舞蹈的价值及推广

[摘 要]体育舞蹈原称国际标准舞，是在社交舞的基础上经过制度化、规范化的整理发展而成的1种融音乐、舞蹈、造型、表演等多项艺术为1体的综合性舞蹈。随着人们对体育舞蹈认识的提高，人们对它的接受程度就越高，对它的需要程度也就越来越大。很多现代人更需要通过体育舞蹈训练来提高并塑造自我，培养审美意识，扩大社交圈子。因而，体育舞蹈进入群众生活，实现其社会化就有着它的可能性与必然性。

Abstract: The sports dance calls the international standard dance originally, pass on the basis of social dance institutionalizedly, standardized arrangement develops but a kind of comprehensive dance combining such multiple arts as the music , dance , model , performing ,etc. together that becomes. To the improvement of dance understanding of sports with people, the higher peoples degree of accepting to it is, the degree of requirements for it is bigger and bigger too. A lot of moderns need to train to improve and mould oneself through the sports dance even more, train aesthetic consciousness, expand the social circle. Therefore sports dance enter masses life , realize it socialize possibility and certainty to have it.
