摘 要
随着人才培养目标向着复合型的通才发展,随着学科间的相互渗透,培养学生综合能力,提高学生整体素质,是对钢琴教学提出的新任务。根据高师钢琴教学年限短,任务重的实际情况,为了科学地利用师资和课时,在钢琴教学中增设集体课教学形式,以集体课教学为主进行人才综合素质培养的钢琴教学试验,便提到了议事日程上。本文就高师钢琴集体课的教学概况、教学形式的优势及弊端、以及我对钢琴集体课教学的体会和建议展开了如下论述。

ABSTRACT
Turns towards the multi-skill along with the talented person raise goal the multi-talented person development, along with the discipline mutual seepage, raises the student synthesizing capacity, improves the student overall quality, is new duty which proposed to the piano teaching. Is short according to the high piano teaching fixed number of years, the duty heavy actual situation, for scientifically uses the teachers and the class hour, additionally builds the collective class teaching form in the piano teaching, primarily carries on the talented person by the collective class teaching to synthesize the quality raise the piano teaching experiment, then mentioned in the agenda.
