人力资源管理系统

摘要
本叙述了人力资源管理的历史、现状以及ASP语言和SQL SEVER2000数据库管理系统的概况.重点介绍了人事办公系统的实现过程。本设计采用Dreamweaver2004为设计平台，通过本系统可反映公司人员基本资料、人员考勤情况、人员内部调动情况；通过人员薪酬管理可反映人员薪酬发放情况，人员奖惩情况。在提供详细人员资料的同时，还为保证资料的保密性特设置访问密码，有效控制进入系统人员。通过本系统，1方面实现了公司人力资源信息的数字化管理，确保人员资料保存的完整性和查询、修改等操作的便捷性；另1方面方便了公司对公司人力资源的技术分析，合理进行人力资源的整合，达到优化机构，人尽其才的作用。

Abstract
The paper describes the history and the status of the human resources management,  ASP language and SEVER2000 SQL database management system .Its emphasis is  the realized process of the office system.The design platform is using Dreamweaver2004 soft .The basic company information, attendance of staff and internal transfers of staff condition will be known through the system. The payment of staff salaries and the staff’s incentives is reflected by the management of staff salaries. In the provision of the detailed information on staff, it is also to ensure the confidentiality of information that we established a visit passwords in order to effectively control the system staff. On the one hand ,the system achieves the management figures the companys human resources information ,which ensure the data’s integrity and the preservation of the inquiry and the operation on revising is convenient.On the other hand, it is facilitating to technical analysis and rational change on the companies of the human resources, optimize the institutions and resources in the role.
