摘要：完善公司法人治理结构是现代企业制度的关键环节。目前，我国国有企业建立现代企业制度已取得了明显的进展，但仍有不少企业的法人治理结构不健全、不完善，影响了企业的有效运作和经济效益的进步，完善公司法人治理结构，需要从推进股权多元化，改革国有资产治理体制，改进企业外部治理机制等方面来进行。
