综上所述，由于CysC特定的生物特性及功能，使其成为比较理想的肾小球滤过率的标志物。但在临床实际应用中，还存在一些问题：首先是测量方法有待完善以进一步提高其准确性和精确性，第二是如何排除一些影响因素的干扰，第三CysC的价值还需要一些大规模、多中心和前瞻性的试验提供足够的数据支持。相信随着对CysC研究的深入和其本身测量方法的改进，CysC必将显示出越来越重要的临床价值，为我们更好的了解肾脏病的发病机制和早期诊断提供很好的帮助。
