高层住宅楼电气设计——动力部分

摘 要:本设计针对高层住宅供配电系统的现状和未来发展趋势,结合民用建筑电气设计规范(JGJ/T 16-2008),首先完成了高层住宅楼的电炊设计。其次根据住户数和户型情况进行了负荷计算,负荷计算时采用了需要系数法。然后根据计算结果和配电形式对电缆、断路器、隔离开关进行了选型,并根据安装规范对电缆、断路器、隔离开关进行了合理的安装,从而达到安全用电和节约能源的目的。又根据防雷等级完成了防雷接地系统。最后完成了高层住宅楼动力部分的施工图设计。

ABSTRACT:The design calculats the power load with the method of Need coefficient Calculating while combined high-rise residential building distribution system’s status and future development trends,and combine with design specifications (JGJ / T 16-2008) of civil electrical.First, the design of electric cooking on high-rise residential building is completed. Second, in accordance with the number and size of households the load is carried out, the load calculation method adopt needs.According to the calculating result and the power distribution form,cables,circuit breakers and switches are choosed , and in accordance with the installation , cables, circuit breakers, isolating switchs are installed reasonablely ,so achieve security of electricity and energy conservation purposes. And then according to mine-grade a mine grounding system is completed. Finally, the design of working drawings on high-rise residential building are completed.

1. 课题来源
本工程为高层塔式住宅楼,一~十八层为居住层,十九层为电梯间,二十层为水箱间及风机间。设有人防地下室及技术层。配电室、消防控制室位于技术层,泵房位于人防地下室。基础为箱型基础。本次设计之前,对该幢楼进行了详细的实地考察,并研究了该幢楼的所有电气设计图纸,结合所学理论知识,对配电线路进行了设计。
