摘 要:随着社会经济的发展,健美操运动越来越受大众的欢迎,儿童用它来锻炼身体,青年人用它来健身美体,老年人用它来强身健体,健美操锻炼已是人们生活中重要的1部分。可人们在用它来锻炼身体的的同时,往往不了解它的能量消耗,更很少注意锻炼后的营养恢复。然而,科学的健身锻炼必须在合理膳食的前提下,才能获得更佳的效果。

Abstract: With the development of social economy, aerobics sports are received by masses favourably more and more, children is it take exercises to come with it, young people is it build up body American body to come with it, old people improve the health with it, it has already been an important part in peoples life that the aerobics did exercises. People can while coming taking exercises , often find out about its energy consumption with it, seldom pay attention to the nutrition after doing exercises to resume even more. But a scientific one is it is it must on the premise of rational meal , could obtain good result to do exercises to build up body.
