镗床主轴系统3维设计和运动分析
摘要:本文是应用3维软件UG对镗床主轴系统进行0件实体设计和运动分析的研究。通过虚拟设计的方法进行设计与分析,得到设计制造或者优化设计的参考信息和数据。应用UG强大的实体造型功能和装配功能首先完成镗床主轴系统的实体0件建模和组装,再对装配好的组件在UG机构分析功能模块下建立scenario模型并完成运动分析,得到主轴0件上特定点的速度、加速度和位移等理想的特征参数并以图表的形式输出分析结果得到指定点的运动规律。

3D design and the movement analyze of the boring lathe main axle system
Abstract: This article is research of application of 3D design software UG carries on the components entity design and movement analysis to the boring lathe main axle system.through the method of virtual design and analysis, obtains the design manufacture or the optimized design reference information and data .First complete the boring lathe main axle system’s entity components modelling and assembles using the UG formidable entity modelling function and the assembly function,and then Establishes the scenario model under the UG organization analysis function module and completes the movement to analyze.Obtains on the main axle components the specified point speed, the acceleration and the displacement on a ideal characteristic parameter and output analysis result of obtains office of destination law of motion by the graph form.
