工业用塑料油壶模具的CAD/CAM
摘 要:在油壶模具的设计与制造中应用CAD/CAM技术,提高了油壶的生产效率,缩短了油壶生产周期。本文针对油壶模具在计算机上实现基于Pro/ENGINEER的CAD/CAM的NC编程刀路仿真进行研究。首先在简要论述模具设计的基础上,重点阐述了油壶、油壶模具的3D设计以及油壶模具2D工程图的建立。再利用Pro/ENGINEER对油壶模具的数控自动编程进行了论述,包括油壶模具加工边界的建立、加工方法和数控编程方法的选择和刀具的选择、模具材料的选择及加工工艺分析。

The CAD/CAM For Plastic Moulds of Oil Can On Industrial
Abstract: CAD/CAM technology using in the design and manufacture of the lubricator mould, has improved the production efficiency of the oil-can and has shortened lubricator production cycle. This text realizes on the computer to the lubricator mould that emulation of way of NC programming based on CAD/CAM of Pro/ENGINEER carries on research. On the basis of the thing that describe mold design briefly at first, have explained the 3D designs of the lubricator, lubricator mould and setting-up of the 2D project picture of lubricator mould especially. And then utilize automatic programming of numerical control to the lubricator mould of Pro/ENGINEER to describe, including the choice and choice, choice of the mould material and processing technology analysis of the cutter of setting-up, processing method and numerical control programming method of the border that lubricator mould is processed.
