钢筋自动矫直定长切断机
摘 要:本文详细介绍了钢筋矫直与定长切断生产线的设计过程,该设计主要包括矫直,切断,导向支架装置等3部分的设计。
钢筋矫直与切断机是钢筋加工中不可缺少的设备之1,在设计中矫直机部分采用了滚动转毂式矫直方案,工件单位长度经受的反复弯曲频数i=140次/m。切断机采用了曲柄滑块机构,采用行程开关和电磁铁配合的方式实现线材的定长控制。送料机构采用送料辊和拉料辊配合,两者以链传动传递动力,整个生产线采用电动机提供动力。所矫直的钢筋直径为8~12mm,所切钢筋长度为300mm~10m,每分钟能矫直55m,因而,该系统具有切断精度高、工作可靠性高,性价比高等特点。

Feeding adopt feed roller and Rafah Roller tie , Whichever power transmission chain drive, the entire production line used to provide electrical power. Straightening reinforced by the diameter of 8mm ~ 12mm, length of cut steel 300mm ~ 10m. Straightening per minute to 55 m ,.Thus, the system has cut high accuracy, high reliability, high performance-cost ratio and so on..
