摘要:众所周知,一个企业的经营者对整个企业的生死存亡都起着至关重要的作用,所以对于企业经营者的激励是管理界一直探讨的一个话题,同时为了避免腐败,对于企业经营者的监督是一个同等重要的问题。
自从改革开放以来,我国一直寻求建立与社会主义市场经济相适应的企业经营者人力资本激励和监督机制,无论是改革初期的放权让利、利改税阶段,还是以后的企业承包经营责任制以及现代企业制度改革效果始终差强人意。企业经营者的激励和监督机制离社会主义市场经济的要求还相去甚远。因此,完善企业经营者人力资本激励和监督机制,调动经营者的积极性,充分发挥经营者的作用,对推动我国企业的改革和发展具有重要的现实意义。
