宁波市中小企业融资困境及对策研究
 
摘要：在宁波经济走向全国，走向世界的背后，中小企业的蓬勃发展是功不可没的。随着宁波中小企业的不断壮大，在缓解社会就业压力方面发挥了尤其重要的作用，然而，中小企业的发展处于“强位弱势”的尴尬境地，其中所普遍面临的融资困境最为人们所诟病。受到多种主客观因素的影响，宁波市中小企业贷款难，融资成本高等问题制约了中小企业在国民经济中重要作用的发挥。本文就是基于宁波中小企业融资困境这1实际主题，阐述了宁波中小企业融资困境的基本现状，并对现阶段宁波中小企业融资困境中存在的主要问题进行分析，提出相关解决方案。

The Financing Difficulties and Countermeasures of Ningbo Medium and Small Enterprises
 
Abstract: The flourish of Ningbo’s medium and small enterprises takes an important role for the economy’s forwarding to the nation even to the world. With the development of Ningbo’s medium and small enterprises, it has played an important role on releasing employment pressure. However, the development of the medium and small enterprises is in "a high position with low potency" embarrassing predicament and its financing criticism faces to people’s castigation. For lots of influences by subjective and objective effects, the problem (such as lending difficulty, higher financing costs) constrains of Ningbo’s medium and small enterprises function’s exerting in the national economy.  Based on the actual theme of  medium and small enterprises’ embarrassing predicament ,this paper expounded the basic status , analyzed the main problems in the embarrassing predicament of medium and small enterprises and also araised some solving scheme.
