我国农村金融建设存在的问题及对策研究
 
摘  要;市场经济条件下,金融成为经济发展的核心,决定着经济发展的速度和效率。农村金融的建设成为影响现代农业发展和产出增长的关键因素，对于建设新农村这1主题来说，也是非常关键的1项措施。本文首先阐述了加强农村金融建设的意义及必要性，接着重点分析了农村金融建设存在的问题，针对农村金融资源配置及金融服务等方面的问题，提出了优化农村金融资源配置、消除金融抑制、重构农村金融体系、完善金融环境等具有现实意义的对策。

Abstract: Under the market economy condition, the finance becomes the economical development the core, is deciding the economical development speed and the efficiency. The rural construction becomes key factor affecting modern agriculture developing and outputting, regarding constructs new countryside this subject to say, also is an extremely essential measure. This article first describes the strengthening of rural financial significance and the necessity of. Then focus of the rural financial problems in the construction, targeting rural allocation of financial resources, financial services and other issues, optimize the allocation of financial resources in rural areas. Elimination of financial restraint, reconstruction of rural financial system,improve the financial environment with realistic significance countermeasures.
