【摘要】目的观察液体复苏加1，6-FDP对严重烧伤患者心脏功能的影响。方法采用随机双盲对照法，将30例严重烧伤患者随机分为1，6-FDP治疗组（A组，n=15）和对照组（B组，n=15），两组患者均按国内常用烧伤补液公式计算补液量复苏，A组患者静滴1，6-FDP10g/次，每日2次。两组患者于入院后均置入Swan-Ganz漂浮导管，连接血流动
力学监测仪，于入院时及伤后8、16、24、36、48h监测患者的心排量（CO）、心排指数（SI），每搏量（SV），每搏指数（SI）。结果两组患者入院时心功能有关指标均显著下降，伤后8h后A组各时相点心功能指标均显著高于B组。结论在液体复苏的同时，应用1，6-FDP对严重烧伤患者的心脏功能具有很好的保护作用。
