【摘要】 目的建立快速检验龙胆药材质量的方法。方法在性状鉴别的基础上,采用显微数码成像技术,对龙胆类商品药材进行了显微鉴别。结果龙胆药材与其伪品通过不同的显微特征,可以一一区分。结论建立的方法简单、快捷、有效,可以控制龙胆药材的质量。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish a rapid method for Radix Gentiana scabra Bge. by digital imaging technique.MethodsBased on the morphological identifiion, we further studied the microscopic structures of the collected samples by digital imaging technique.ResultsRadix Gentiana scabra Bge. and its counterfeit goods were identificated respectively.ConclusionThe method is simple, fast, effective and can control the quality of medicines Gentiana.

龙胆为龙胆科植物条叶龙胆Gentiana manshurica Kitag.,龙胆Gentiana scabra Bge.,三花龙胆Gentiana triflora Pall.或坚龙胆Gentiana rigescens Franch.的干燥根及根茎[1]。前三者习称“龙胆”,后一种习称“坚龙胆”,具有清热燥湿、泻肝胆实火的作用。近年来龙胆的商品药材中时常掺伪,为了控制龙胆及其制剂的质量,本文收集了龙胆及常见的伪品,在性状鉴别的基础上,采用数码成像技术进行了显微鉴定。
1 器材与方法
CAMAG RepROSTAR3数码成像系统,OLYMPUS CX41-32C02显微镜,OLYMPUS BX51显微镜。
