【摘要】本文以恢复性司法模式的核心目标来展开充分论证，以协商和修复为核心的恢复性司法在某种程度上是根据被害人的意志决定案件的处理。在加强被害人保护，被害人的利益、当事人之间关系的恢复，以及促进社会***、社区安宁的恢复有着传统司法所不及的上风。但恢复性司法也有其自身的局限性，这种全新的理念与模式，对我国被害人权利保护具有启示意义。

Protection of Victims Rights under Restorative Justice Pattern
【英文摘要】The article fully discusses the core objective of the restorative justice pattern which focuses onthe negotiation and restoration and deals with cases in conformity to the victims' wills in some degree. Itsadvantages are to enforce the protection of the victims and their interests，restore the relations betweenthe parties concerned, and keep the social harmony and peace，despite some drawbacks. Therefore，thecompletely new concept and model are conducive to the protection of the victims' rights.
