试论公民的知情权律毕业论文

摘   要

知情权是公民的1项基本权利，其地位越来越重要。为适应政治民主发展的趋势，各国政府积极进行信息公开和政务公开，建立完善的信息公开制度，来满足和保护公民的知情权。但是，目前我国对知情权的保护不尽如意。特别是在信息公开和政务公开方面仍存在许多不足，为了更好的保护公民的知情权，应当从建立科学理念，健全法律法规，加强监督等几个方面，加强公民知情权的法律建设。

ABSTRACT

Right to know is a basic right of citizens. Its status is more and more important, in order to adjust to the development trend of politics and democracy, governments of all the countries throw themselves into information open and government affair open, and establish consummate information open system, for the sake of satisfying and protecting citizen’s right to know. However, our country’s protection of the right to know isn’t as our wishes. Especially on the aspect of information open and government affair open, there is still some deficiency. For protecting citizen’s right to know better, we should constitute scientific theory, perfect laws and rules. Strengthen surveillance and so on to strengthen the construction of the laws for citizen’s right to know.
