摘  要

刑事速决程序作为优化司法资源配置的必然选择，为提高刑事诉讼效率、及时回复社会正常秩序发挥着重要作用。研究刑事速决程序的诉讼价值，分析与评价国外刑事速决程序的主要种类，针对我国刑事速决程序存在的问题，提出引进辩诉交易制度，完善我国刑事简易程序与简化审程序，逐步建立多元化的刑事速决程序的主张，对完善我国现行的刑事诉讼法律制度无疑具有重要意义。

ABSTRACT

The criminal quick decision procedure is the best choice for the assignment of judicature resources, it is very important for enhancing the criminal prosecution efficiency, and replying society normal order. Through research the value of  criminal quick decision procedure，analysis and appraisal the main kinds of the criminal quick decision procedure，and in view of our country criminal quick decision procedure existence question, we  think our country should bring in the system of plea bargaining，consummates our country criminal simple procedure and the simplification procedure, and establishes the multiplex criminal quick decision procedure gradually. Without doubt all these views have the vital significance to consummates the present criminal prosecution legal regime.
