从《无极》事件浅析中国环境保护制度的不足及

摘  要
环境保护制度是我国环境保护的基本制度，但随着我国经济的发展，各种各样的环境问题和环境纠纷层出不穷，我国《环境保护法》是上世纪810年代制定的，随着1系列的环境问题的出现，我国环境保护制度在立法、执法、司法3方面有许多地方需要改进和完善。文章以“无极”事件为引，分析了我国环境保护制度在立法、执法、司法3方面的问题，以及对如何改进提出了自己的看法。

Abstract
The environmental protection system is the our country environmentalprotection basic system, but along with our country economydevelopment, various environment question and the environment disputeemerges one after another incessantly, our country "EnvironmentProtection method" is on the century 80s formulations, along with aseries of environment question appearance, our country environmentalprotection system in the legislation, the law enforcement, thejudicial three aspects has many places to need to improve and theconsummation. The article as directed take "The promise" the event, toanalyze our country environmental protection system in thelegislation, the law enforcement, the judicial three aspects question,as well as how to improved proposed own view.
