摘要：随着计算机的普及和互连网络的迅猛发展，人们开始越来越多地利用计算机和网络来解决实际问题。同时Internet技术的发展和应用覆盖到了社会的每1个角落。当今企业处在1个信息化的社会,如何把信息技术和企业办公很好地结合起来，把网络和网络办公技术引入企业，是每个企业需要解决的1个迫在眉睫的问题。
网络办公系统是企业信息化管理的重要组成部分，面对大量的指令信息，采用人力处理将浪费大量的时间、人力和物力，且数据的准确性低。因此，开发1个界面友好，易于操作的网络办公系统进行自动化处理变得10分重要，这正是本系统开发的目的和意义。
本系统是在Windows XP下，以SQL为数据库开发平台，IIS（Internet Infromation Server）网络信息服务为应用服务器，采用ASP(Active Server Page)语言开发的网上办公系统。本系统集成了人事管理系统、工资管理系统、采购管理系统和个人办公室模块4大功能模块。本系统避免了传统办公自动化系统的种种弊端：消耗大﹑效率低﹑安全性差等。只要具备上网条件，无论何时何地，都可以使用属于自己的网上办公室，享受安全﹑方便﹑高效率﹑低成本的网上办公系统。为中﹑小型企业的内部管理提供科学化﹑现代化的1种新概念的管理系统。

This system is in the Windows XP, taking SQL as the database to develop the terrace, in order to apply the server, the IIS( the Internet Infromation Server) network  information service transacts the system on the net of the adoption ASP( the Active Server Page)  language development.This system gather the company decision sub- system ,  section  decision sub- system , employee tube
Manage the sub- system , customer the information sub- system , order  information sub- system , company news releases to communicate with employee sub- system, the mail system,personal tool  box system eight major function mold piece.That system avoided the tradition transact various irregularity of the automation:Consume bad etc. of low safety of , of big efficiency of .As long as have the condition of get to the Internet, regardless and when and where, can use the on-line office of belong to the oneself, enjoy the low cost net of high-efficiency , of convenient, of safe , to transact the system up.Provide a kind of management system of new concept of the scientific , modernization for the internal management of the small scaled business enterprise of medium .This is a web-based office system under Windows 2000. We use ACCESS  as the database, IIS(Internet Information Server), and ASP(Active Server Page) as the programming language.The system is composed of Work Plan Management, Notification Information Management, Human Resource Management, Commnunication Information Management, Resource Preegagement Management, and Card eight module.The system has been avoided all sorts of shorts of traditional office automation system.As long as you can access the Internet, you can use your own office no matter whererea you are.The safe, conpaniant, high efficiency, low cost web-based system, provide the middle and small enterprises with a new scientific, modern concept of managemnent system. （转载自中国科教评价网www.nseac.com ）
