摘要：
在日常教务管理工作中，往往每天都在做性质上重复但对象不同的事情，这些看似简单的工作却消耗了大量的工作量。该教务管理系统软件就是针对这1工作特性而设计开发的，主要包括基本信息管理模块、日志信息管理模块、文件信息管理模块、查询管理模块、常用工具管理模块、权限管理模块、用户管理模块等功能模块。
为了使操作者操作方便，本文针对通常的教务管理流程，利用Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0和Microsoft SQL Server 2000设计了1个教务工作信息管理系统，可满足大多数中小型的教务管理要求。
该管理系统方便了学生查询，同时也使教师容易了解学生的情况，为教师的教学工作提供信息，有效的分担教务处的工作，使教务处的工作简单、高效，管理部门可以抽出更多的时间和精力把管理工作推上新的台阶。
实践证明教学教务管理系统软件对教学管理自动化有明显的促进作用。

 The management system of educational academic affairs information
Abstract:
The routine teaching and academic administration requires doing work which is repeated but for different subjects. The seemingly - simple work consumes a large deal of work and energy. The educational and academic administrative software is developed and designed and it encompasses many models such as administration of basic information, administration of log information, administration of document information, administration of enquiry information, administration of commonly tool, administration of power information and user information.
In order to make the operator easy to operate , this text directs against the common taking care of educational academic affairs procedure, utilizing Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 has designed one information system of educational academic affairs management, can meet most medium and small-scale educational academic affairs management expectancies . （科教论文网 lw.NsEac.com编辑整理）
This system gives convenience to answer the enquiries of students. It can help teachers collect students’ information. It is useful to decrease the workload of teacher-management-branch’s, and simplify difficulty of teacher-management-branch’s job. The management officers of institute can advance management’s efficiency because this system saves more time and power.
It proves that the software accelerates the automation of teaching and academic affairs.
