摘要：随着互联网络的迅速普及和现在网络技术的飞速发展，利用计算机来管理工作已经成为当前企业管理的1种主流。这1点在最具挑战性的人事管理上表现的尤为突出。当前的绝大多数企业都已经采用人事管理系统来管理
司的人事。这就使的各个企业都期望开发出1个适合与自己公司的人事管理系统，从而优化企业的人事管理。
主要介绍B/S、C/S、JSP、Servlet、JDBC、DB2等技术和各自的特点。该系统是1个基于MVC设计模式的Model2构架的人事管理系统。在系统中主要实现了部门的添加、部门的修改和部门的删除以及公司员工的注册、员工的修改、员工的删除和查询。在系统用户的管理中主要有用户注册和删除等操作。系统还作了基本的权限处理以及实现了分页功能。
企业人事管理的出现提高了工作的效率，虽然现阶段它还存在着1些不足，但我相信随着科技的不当进步，他也将1步步完美起来。

Personal management system based on MVC Design Pattern
 
Abstract: Along with the quick development of Internet,making the use of the calculator has already become the current flow in business enterprise management . It is outstanding on the personal management which is having  challenge mostly.Currently the great majority business enterprises have already adopted the personal management system to manage the personnel of the company.This makes of each business enterprise to develop their own personal management system, thus to turn their personal management of the business enterprise.
  The thesis introduces the techniques and the characteristics  on B/S, C/S, JSP, Servler, JDBC, DB2 etc. The system is a personal management system of the frame of Model2 that designs the mode according to the MVC pattern.It has fulfilled the section of increasement in the system, the deletion and the search of the modification, and also the employee of the registration,the employee of the modification of the section and the deletion of the employee section.The main users who has registed to it can make the operation with deletion in the management of the system.The system has still made the basic legal power processing and carried out the page function of cent. （科教范文网http://fw.NSEAC.com编辑发布）
The emergence of the business enterprise personal management raised the efficiency of the work, although the present stage still exists some shortages, I believe along with the appropriate progress of science and technology, it  will get proved perfectly.
