人事工资管理系统的开发与实现

摘要：随着信息时代的发展，传统的企业信息管理系统面临严重的挑战，网络化的信息管理已成为1种必然趋势，特别是人事工资的管理，对于提高企业竞争力具有举足轻重的作用。
文中主要介绍了人事工资管理系统的开发过程，首先概述系统用到的相关原理及相关的基础知识，然后详细介绍员工基本信息的管理，工资管理，考勤管理，系统管理等工作。员工基本信息的管理包括信息的添加、修改、查询、删除、打印。考勤管理包括出差，请假，休假等。工资管理包括工资的结算，查询，统计，打印。整个系统符合操作简便、界面友好、灵活、实用、安全的要求。
本文按照现代软件工程思想的分析过程来进行此软件系统的介绍，从用户使用目的出发，满足用户的需求。使用Microsoft公司的SQL Server 2000数据库管理系统进行数据库的开发管理，使用Microsoft公司推出的VB 6.0开发工具进行前台的开发。

Abstract:Along with the information development, the information management system of the traditional enterprise faced with the serious challenge, the network information management has becomed inevitable trend, specially the human affairs wages management, regarding enhances the enterprise competitive ability to have the pivotal function.
The article mainly introduced the human affairs wages management system performance history, first introduced the related principle and the correlation elementary knowledge which the system uses, then in detail introduces the staff basic information the management, the wages management and system administration. Staff basic information management including information addition, revision, inquiry, deletion, printing. Wages management including wages settlement, inquiry, statistics, printing.
