浅析第四方物流

2017-08-06 04:04 摘要：本文从第四方物流的概念入手分析了第四方物流的基本特点和我国发展第四方物流存在的问题。随着经济全球化和信息技术的迅速发展，被认为是企业在继降低物质消耗、提高劳动生产率以外的“第三利润源”的现代物流业正在世界范围内广泛兴起。当第三方物流(Third Party Logistics,3PL)在如火如荼的发展时，业界有关第四方物流(Fourth Party Logistics,4PL)的话题也偶见报端，在我国现代物流处于发展初期的现实环境下，对4PL特点、障碍等问题的系统探讨，对全面认识我国物流业发展现状、发展方向和重点有着相当重要的理论和现实意义。

　　物流学是一个充满了活力的科学领域，物流理论引入我国后，受到了政府和企业前所未有的关注，随着信息技术和电子商务的飞速发展，物流模式也跟着不断变革，第三方物流的发展方兴未艾，第四方物流又横空出世，成为物流业发展的主要方向。那么，什么是第四方物流呢？第四方物流是指一个供应链的集成商，它对公司内部和具有互补性的服务供应商所拥有的不同资源，能力和技术进行整合和管理，提供一整套供应链解决方案，又称之为"总承包商"或"领衔物流服务商"。 本文来自中国科教评价网

　　解决企业物流问题需要发展第三方物流，而解决社会物流则需要发展第四方物流，发展第四方物流须从以下几个方面着手：
　　1.发展第三方物流，为第四方物流做铺垫
　　第四方物流是通过第三方物流整合的基础上再进行整合，大力发展第三方物流，第四方物流才有发展的基础。大力发展第三方物流，培育大型企业集团，这样既可以在不增加资本投入情况下，提高物流业的效益，又可以为协作企业创造“第三方利润源”。
