金融监管视角下的信用卡业务研究
 
   摘 要：我国信用卡业务的发展方便了我国居民的生活和消费，对我国经济的发展也有着重要的意义，我国信用卡业务起步晚，发展快，在监管方面还存在着许多不足，致使我国信用卡业务存在着许多的问题。本文从金融监管的角度对我国信用卡业务进行研究，对信用卡的历史进行了简单的回顾，介绍了我国信用卡的现状和其他国家信用卡业务的现状，并针对当前利用信用卡，套取现金，从事投机活动以及信用卡超规模发行的问题，分析其形成的原因，提出要加强我国金融监管的法律体系，对信用卡业务进行规范管理，改善信用卡业务的受理环境和完善金融监管体系自身建设的建议和措施。

The Research on the Credit Card Business from Perspective of financial Supervision
 
    Abstract: the development of our country’s  credit card business has facilitated personal life and consumption,it is of great significance to economic development .our country started late in the credit card business , developing rapidly. But in terms of monitoring there are many deficiencies ,which caused our credit card business many problems.This article will research credit card business in China from the perspective of financial supervision. This article will retrospect the history of the credit card . This article will introduce the current situation of the credit card business in our country and other countries. Against Current problems of using credit cards to obtain cash to engage in speculative activities and problems of super-size credit cards,　this article will analyze the formation reasons ,put forward the Proposal that government must strengthen the financial supervision in legal system, regulate standard the credit card business management.
