我国网络交易的信用风险及对策分析
 
摘要：信息技术的飞速发展与创新为新的网络经济提供了机会与挑战，使得网络市场蓬勃发展。网络方便了交易双方之间的信息沟通，降低了交易费用，然而网络交易的信用风险并没有因此得到改善，特别是网络交易信用风险的防范和控制相对薄弱，交易双方的主体和信用状况难以确定，交易平台的责任和权利尚未明确，网络诈骗行为防不胜防，严重制约着我国网络交易市场的发展。本文通过分析网络交易的现状、网络交易中存在的主要信用风险类型，运用信息经济学观点，分析了由于信息不对称在网络交易下产生的逆向选择和道德风险对网络交易信用风险的影响,并对我国网络交易中信用风险的防范对策进行了探讨，针对如何建设我国网络信用体系提出了1些相关建议，以期促使网络经济朝着更加良好的方向发展。

Analysis on Credit Risk and Strategy of On-line Trade
 
Abstract: Both the development of infomation techniques and the opportunities and challenges crated by the innovation of new network economic, are supplying a good enviroment for the rapid devolopment of network market. Becase of network, the commnications between both sides of trades becomes convenit. However, there are still many credit risks in network trades, such as the weakness of protection and control on the network trades, the complesity of the information about both sides in a trade. All of these problems restrict the development network trade market. The realistic state with the economics theorys, the test has analyzed the trades, and the reverse choics caused by asymmetry infomation under traders, then the text has gone on further analysis to the protective antidotes. The text has also put forward some related suggestions in order to prompt the network economic to develop in a more healthy way.
