人民币升值与我国货币政策目标分析
 
摘要：自2005年7月21日起，我国开始实行以市场供求为基础、参考1篮子货币进行调节、有管理的浮动汇率制度。在近两年的时间内，人民币持续进行了小步渐进式的升值。人民币升值对我国宏观经济运行和各行各业带来的影响是错综复杂的。本文对货币政策目标理论和我国的货币政策目标进行说明，介绍了我国汇改的情况，结合宏观调控和我国货币政策目标来讨论人民币升值的影响，分析人民币升值与目标之间的关系，提出相应的政策建议。

Analysis on RMB Appreciation and Monetary Policy Target
 
Abstract: Since July 21st 2005, the government has been carrying out managed floating exchange rate system which was based on the market supply and adjusted bay a basket of currencies. In recent years, RMB has been appreciating progressively. The influence that RMB appreciate progressively has made to macro-economic regulation and several of industries were complicated and unmeasured. This article has expressed the objective theory of monetary and our countrys monetary policy objectives firstly, then introduced the situation of our countrys exchange rate reform, analyzed the influence of RMB appreciate with the four objectives of the macro-economic regulation and our country’s regulated monetary policy objective and finally analyzed the relationship between the RMB appreciation and the objectives to figure out the points which was concordant and make certain policy suggestions.
