中国农村医疗保险制度改革研究

中文摘要：农村的现代化是中国现代化的关键，作为追求中国农村现代化的主体，农民的生活状况和健康状况，是中国现代化进程和水平的重要标志之1。而医疗保险和农民的生活和健康都息息相关。然而，随着医疗卫生体制的市场化改革，农民成为毫无保障的自费医疗群体，健康和生活问题日益突出。农民的医疗保险问题，成为当代中国现代化发展中不可回避的1大难题。本文在对中国农村医疗保险制度改革现状进行简单描述的基础上，指出了中国医疗保险制度存在着严重缺陷，分析了缺陷产生的经济学原因，并借鉴发达国家医疗保险制度的经验，提出了构建有中国特色的农村医疗保险制度的基本对策。

Defect analysis of the economics, and benefit from the medical insurance system developed experience, set forth with Chinese characteristics rural medical insurance system for the basic countermeasures.
