摘 要：文章对长株潭工业集群进行了深入、细致的分析。同时，根据经济学理论结合实际数据分析长株潭工业的布局工业结构及其工业产业链情况。由此分析出长株潭工业集群的比较优势与存在的问题。指出长株潭工业集群发展趋势与基本选择，并提出了相应的对策建议，为推进长株潭工业集群优化提供有力的决策参考。

BASED ON THE PERSPECTIVE OF INDUSTRIAL CLUSTERS UNDER THE  INDUSTIAL CHANG-ZHU-TAN OPTIMIZATION ANALYSIS
 
Abstract： Based on CHANG-ZHU-TAN industrial clusters conducted indepth and detailed analysis.
