民工潮现象的经济学分析

民工潮现象的经济学分析

摘　要：上世纪810年代以来我国爆发了农民大规模外出寻找就业机会的民工潮现象，“民工潮”是具有中国特色的农村富余劳动力的转移，是我国经济发展的必经阶段。本文在系统的分析了民工潮现象的产生原因与利弊后，总结了民工在流动中存在的问题，如：农民工就业和子女就学受到歧视，农民工缺乏必要的职业培训等，重点提出了解决民工潮问题的对策：政府要适应社会主义市场经济的要求，逐步实现公平竞争、公民权利平等；加强农民工的职业技能培训。

The Economic Analysis of Farmer Labor Migration Phenomenon
 
Abstract :To get a job, a lot of farmers go to big cities, then the farmer labor migration broke out in the 80’s last century . The farmer labor migration is has the china characteristic’s the countryside rich-odd labor force shift and our country economy development inevitable process .The paper in systematically analysis the farmer labor migration phenomenon’s reason and positive and negative , then summarized the problem which the farmer labor migration exists, for example: the farmer labor employment and the children go to school receive the discrimination, the farmer lacks essential training and so on . As well as the solution farmer labor migration countermeasure: therefore the government must adapt the socialist market economic request, gradually realizes the fair competition, the rights of citizens equality; strengthens farmer labor s professional skill training.
