摘  要: 中国的房地产市场在快速发展过程中，整个房地产市场出现了结构性矛盾突出、投资失衡、房价过高、开发商行为不规范、中介机构失效和监管失控等问题。首先本文详细的分析了上述问题，随后有针对性地提出政策建议。

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Real Estate Market in China
 
Abstract: In the course of development of estate in China, always is constitutive a series of problems ineluceing the stewtiwe conflict, imbalance of investment，high price，and unlawful action of the developers，defunct-ion of estate media forms ，and lose control of the government. The paper first analysis the problem in estate market, then gives some countermeasures to how to solve these problems.
