我国电子信息产业中小企业技术创新的动力机制研究
 
中文摘要：技术创新是社会进步的主要动力之1，在2101世纪的知识经济时代，对现代科技的要求和依赖也越来越强烈。电子信息产业就是1个依靠着技术创新而发展的产业。而中小企业是该产业的基础，但面对综合实力雄厚竞争力强的国际性大企业，处于创新的弱势。技术创新动力系统的完善是保证技术创新顺利进行的关键所在，因此本文从动力机制角度来探讨中小电子信息企业的技术创新。首先，回顾和总结企业技术创新及创新动力机制的1般理论，分析电子信息产业创新的特点和技术创新的现状，总结出影响中小电子信息企业技术创新的动力因素，其中包括企业创新意识、创新能力、筹资能力、市场需求、技术及制度因素等，从而发现我国中小电子信息企业存在创新意识、创新能力及筹资能力不足，政府支持力度不大，核心技术缺乏等诸多问题。鉴于此，提出完善其技术创新动力机制的对策建议:增强企业主体创新意识；建立有效的人才激励制度；加强企业的对外合作；提供有效的融资渠道；建立以市场为中心的竞争结构；强化政府的支持和引导作用。

Research on the Technological Innovation  Motive  Mechanism of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise in China’s Electronic Information Industry
 

Abstract: Technological innovation is one of the major driving forces of social development. In the knowledge economy era of the 21st century, we ask more and rely more on the modern technology for the technological progress .Electronic information industry is the industry which is relying on the technology innovation and then developed. However, small and medium-sized enterprise, the foundation of the industry , will fail in the competition with the international big enterprises which have strong competition in comprehensive strength. Power system of technological innovation is the key to guarantee the work of technological innovation. The paper will study from the perspective of motive mechanism, to explore technological innovation of the small and medium-sized enterprise. First, the paper review and sum up the general theory of technological innovation and motive mechanism, go with the innovation features of electronic information industry and the status of technological innovation to analyze the influence which affect the motive factors and the remained problems of enterprise.
