摘 要：本文重点分析了柳市中小企业集群竞争态势的形成以及表现。首先对柳市中小企业集群概况进行描述，以及其竞争态势的进行指标分析。接着融入企业集群理论对柳市中小企业集群竞争态势的形成原因分析，分别从外部和范围经济、专业化分工、产品差异化、进入和退出壁垒以及竞争与协作博弈这几个方面进行多角度的分析。它是本的核心部分。最后得出1些结论和提出1些建议。从集群中的企业和地方政府两方面来进1步发挥柳市中小企业集群的竞争优势以增强集群的竞争能力提出了建议。通过本文的写作，希望能为柳市企业集群的持续发展作出1些有益的探索，同时也希望能对我国其他地区的区域经济以及中小企业的发展具有借鉴意义。

Abstract：In this paper, an analysis of the wenzhou-Liushi competitive SME cluster formation and performance.

Then melts into the enterprise colony theory to Liu Shi  mid- and small-scale enterprise the colony competition situation for mation reason analysis, separately from exterior and the scope economy, the specialized  division of labor, the product difference, enters with the withdrawal barrier as well as the competition and the cooperation gambles these aspects to carry on the multi- angles the analysis. It is the present paper core is partial. Finally draws some conclusions and puts forward some proposals. Howfurther displays Liu Shi from colonys enterprise and the local authority two aspects mid- and small-scale enterprise the colony the competitive advantage to strengthen the colony the competitive ability.
