我国民营企业外向型经济发展的制约因素及对策研究
        
摘 要：我国民营企业是当前国民经济中最活跃的力量，但其外向型经济的发展情况并不尽人意。外部环境和自身因素的制约是造成这种状况的主要原因。本文以我国民营企业外向型经济立论，首先提出我国民营企业外向型经济发展的现状以及发展中存在的问题，进而从国内环境、对外贸易、民营企业自身3个方面分析我国民营企业外向型经济发展的制约因素，然后针对这些制约因素，分别从国内环境、对外贸易、民营企业自身3个方面提出我国民营企业外向型经济应采取的应对策略。最后得出结论：民营企业应该采取积极的应对策略，从内外因两个方面入手，克服民营企业外向型经济各方面制约因素制约，使我国民营企业外向型经济健康、快速、顺利的发展。我国民营企业发展至今，有着不同性质与层次划分。本文所指的民营企业的范畴是内资民营企业，包括除港澳台和外资投资企业外的集体和个体合营、国有民营及其他混合经济。

The Research on Barriers & Countermeasures of Private Enterprise Outer-oriented Economic Development of Our Country
 
Abstract: Private enterprise of our country is the most active strength in the current national economy.　But　 the  development  circumstance of  its Outer-oriented　economic  dose not exert persons idea. Barriers of exterior environment and itself’s are the main reasons which results in this kind of condition. This text make a point on our country private enterprise Outer-oriented economic, first put forward the present condition and the existent problems in present development of our contry’s  Outer-oriented　economic , then aim at these barriers respectively from the local environment, foreign trade, private enterprise itself 3 aspect,  put forward Countermeasures we develop private enterprise Outer-oriented economic should adopt. End get the conclusion: The private enterprise should adopt to reply strategy actively, from inside and outside 2 commence, overcoming all barriers when private enterprise Outer-oriented economic to develop and making our country private enterprise Outer-oriented economic to develop healthy, fast and smoothly.
