承德农业集群竞争优势与发展研究

摘要：20世纪70年代以来，随着意大利北部传统产业群的迅速发展及其在国际竞争中显示出来的集群竞争优势，产业集群现象引起了人们的关注，学术界开始了对产业集群的研究。目前，农产品市场竞争日趋激烈。中国是农业大国，农业在国民经济中的基础战略地位非常重要。面对农业结构不合理、农产品缺乏市场竞争力，如何迅速提高农业产业竞争力，探索1条既适合中国国情又符合农业发展规律的道路意义重大，针对这种情况，本文采用波特的“钻石模型”理论从投入要素、市场需求、相关支持产业等方面对承德农业集群竞争优势进行研究，进而根据承德市的实际情况提出了解决农业集群式发展的对策——在集群竞争优势推动农业集群形成过程中，既要结合当地实际情况特色发展，又要在政府的引导和推动下加强集群内部的创新与竞争合作,形成公平、公正、公开、和谐的集群式发展氛围。

Research on the Competitive Advantage and Development of Chengde City Agriculture Cluster Take the Feed Industry as An Example
 
Abstract: With the rapid development and the obvious relative superiority of the traditional industry clusters in north of Italy, researchers started to do some studies on the industry clusters which had attracted many people from the 20th century seventies. At present, the agricultural market competition is becoming fiercely. China is a big agricultural country, and its agriculture has important and strategic position. The irrational structure of agriculture, lack of market competitiveness of farm products makes the way of how to enhance competitive power of agricultural industries and explore a way which is characteristic of Chinese situation very important. According to the situation, the paper gives an analysis on competitive advantages of Chengde agricultural cluster from input elements, the market demands and the development of relative industries by using the Porters "diamond model" theory, then proposed the countermeasures for agriculture cluster according to the real situation of Chengde—form a cluster mode developing atmosphere of fair, justice, open and harmonious which should not only combine with the development of actual condition, but also strengthen innovation and competitive cooperation under governments promoting and guiding  in the process of improving the formation of agriculture cluster by competitive advantages of cluster.
